Orders placed during normal business hours (AEST) are typically dispatched within 24 hours. During product launches, sale events and other peak periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. As we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200AUD.
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

Standard Shipping Australia:
Metro (all states excluding the Northern Territory): 2–7 business days
Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & TAS: 3–5 business days
Regional WA & NT: 4–12 business days

Express Shipping Australia:
Metro (all states excluding the Northern Territory): 1–3 business days
Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & TAS: 2–5 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NEW ZEALAND

We offer both Standard and Express Shipping via Australia Post for New Zealand customers.
Standard Shipping is estimated to arrive within 4–7 business days.
Express Shipping is estimated to arrive within 2–5 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If your parcel is refused or not collected from a postal outlet in the allocated time, it will be returned to sender. The order will be shipped again at your request and expense.
