If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• All items must be returned in as-new condition - unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
• Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box. If returning by post, the shoe box must be placed inside a protective outer carton to prevent damage.

Please refer to the relevant sections below, as return eligibility may vary depending on the type of purchase.

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund, less the return shipping fee.

Items purchased on sale or during a promotional event are eligible for Store Credit only. Store Credit will be issued for the amount paid for the returned item at the time of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products marked Final Sale or sold as part of a clearance or archive sale are not eligible for return, Store Credit or refund unless the item is faulty

If you believe you've received a faulty item or we've sent you the incorrect product, please contact us at support@concreteskatesupply.com.au as soon as the issue is identified.
To help us assess your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault or incorrect item

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or we've made an error with your order, we'll provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

A product may be considered faulty if it arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within a reasonable period after purchase. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or improper care are not considered faulty.

If you purchased your item from an authorised Concrete stockist, please contact the original place of purchase directly, as they will be able to assist you with your claim.
