How to Start a Return
To request a return, please complete our return form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide next steps.
14 days of receiving your order for refunds.
30 days for exchanges or store credit.
Items are unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
Returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt).
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards.
Discounted or sale items.
Damage, loss, or theft occurring after delivery.
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and image/s of goods.
If your order is lost or stolen, please gather any relevant evidence and contact us immediately so we can assist.
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be notified by email.
Refunds to original payment methods typically take 1–3 business days.
Store credit refunds are issued immediately.
