If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, this option will appear at checkout under the delivery methods. Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Our team will prepare your order and notify you as soon as it's ready for collection.

Most Click & Collect orders are ready within 24 hours. To avoid disappointment, please wait until you receive your collection confirmation email before visiting the store.

When collecting your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

We will hold Click & Collect orders for 14 days from the date your collection confirmation email is sent. If you're unable to collect your order within this period, please contact our team and we'll be happy to arrange an alternative solution. If we do not hear from you and your order remains uncollected after 14 days, your order may be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.
