  • Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm, weekends, or NSW public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

  • Refunds:
    You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund back to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges & Store Credit:
    Up to 30 days to return your item for an exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is faulty.
  • Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
  • Store credit is applied immediately.
