• Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm (AEST).
• Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm, weekends, or NSW public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
• During sales or product launches, please allow extra time due to high demand.

  Metro: 3–5 business days
  Rural: 4–7 business days

• Express Shipping – $15 AUD
  Metro: 2–3 business days

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD

• Refunds:
  You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund back to your original payment method.
  
• Exchanges & Store Credit:
  Up to 30 days to return your item for an exchange or store credit.
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is faulty.
• Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
