ORDER PROCESSING
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and all orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on these days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day.
Purchases made on weekends and NSW public holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves Concrete Skate Supply.
During sale periods, or within a few days of a product launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS + TAX DUTIES
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Concrete Skate Supply, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is refused or not collected from a postal outlet in the allocated time, it will be returned to sender. The order will be shipped again at your request and expense.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit with our postage partners.
STORE RETURNS
If you purchased in-store at Concrete Skate Supply, we offer exchange or store credit on full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase (receipt).
- Items must be in saleable condition: clean, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are missing packaging will not be accepted.
- The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and stickers.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months.
ONLINE RETURNS
REFUNDS
Available within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are reversed to the original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days once processed (timeframes may vary depending on your bank or provider).
STORE CREDIT
Available within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Store credit is applied immediately.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is faulty.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS
All discounted items are considered final sale and are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please contact our team before purchasing if you need help with sizing, fit, or product details.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@concreteskatesupply.com.au with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Footwear: Must be tried on indoors and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes with scuff marks or missing packaging will not be accepted.
- Colours: While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting in photography.
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. During peak promotional periods, cancellations may not be possible due to order volume.
