- Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm (AEST).
- Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm, weekends, or NSW public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy
- Refunds:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund back to your original payment method. - Exchanges & Store Credit:
Up to 30 days to return your item for an exchange or store credit. - Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is faulty.
- Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
- Store credit is applied immediately.
