Extended Returns

Items purchased at Concrete Skate Supply store or online between Friday 1 December and 25 December 2023 may be returned up to Sunday 7 January 2024. Please note, our standard store and online return policies apply across this extended period.

Online Returns Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced products (sale products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

• The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Product is in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

• Sale Items: Concrete Skate Supply does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. Please note, discounts cannot be retrospectively applied.

Concrete Skate Supply is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number, and please ensure all returns are posted in a secure, suitably sized package.
