First Time Skater
I'm completely new to skateboarding, what do I need?
Welcome! To get started you will need a skateboard deck, griptape, trucks, wheels, bolts and bearings. Regardless of your age we always strongly advise you to wear a helmet, wrist guards and protective pads.
If you're local to the area, we'd love to see you in our store and chat to you about getting you started skateboarding. We will be able to assist your size and selection of equipment whether it's for cruising down the street or hitting the park.
Do you offer skateboarding lessons?
Yes, we do we proudly operate Concrete Riders based in Bondi Beach, Sydney.

Placing An Order
Do you take phone orders?
Unfortunately not. All orders need to be placed on our website.
I need to change my order who can help with this?
If you require any changes to your order including correcting address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to fix this prior to the order being dispatched.
If your order has already been processed, Concrete Skate Supply accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
For faulty items please email email@example.com so that our customer care team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a few clear photos to show the issue. You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
I'm missing a item/s from my order, what do I do?
We try really hard to make sure everything is perfect but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Can I reserve stock?
We can't reserve stock online, for a special request if you visit us in store we can hold reserve stock for a 20% deposit, non-refundable or transferrable between product.
Who can I ask about a re-stock?
Many of the items we sell excluding core skate items are limited styles, editions and colourways and sometimes we are unable to get hold of more stock. However, we never mind confirming this specifically to each product so feel free to contact us.
Will my deck come with griptape?
We include free black grip tape with every deck ordered. We will not apply the grip tape unless you ask us to, if you would like us to please write a note in the comments section when you check out.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do. You can view them here. Our gift vouchers are e-vouchers, which you should receive by email shortly after placing your order.
