SIR. RESORT '25 - DREAMWOOD

A tactile connection to nostalgia. Drawing inspiration from the innovative spirit of The Sea Ranch, California, where 1960's

architects merged harmony between the designed and natural world.

Pieces echo undulating seascapes, rendered on sheer silk and soft mesh, while vintage hand-painted sea motifs adorn scarf-like borders on silk satin. Tonal mahogany and landscape-toned stripes nod to wooden timber panelling, gracing cotton poplin, fine knitwear, and swimwear.

Painterly florals on linen capture the essence of the natural environment, from hidden avian camouflage to deliberately placed branches embracing the body. Looking to 1960s/1970s home furnishings, these florals are artfully translated onto terry towelling swim and coverups, offering a tactile connection to nostalgia.

Tonal hues from nature's palette are interwoven and contrasted across varying transparencies of silk, while suiting tones are imbued with a washed effect, emulating natural hand dyes and architectural panelling.

A renewed emphasis on knitwear introduces engineered ribs, pointelle, and a play of varying transparencies, seamlessly complementing our woven pieces. Soft jersey T-shirts, have been seasonally curated to encapsulate the essence of the collection, serving as a sartorial time capsule.

Modernity meets nature, with a signature SIR. feel.
